Pizza with real mozzarella! Yummy.
Romantic Dinner. We had originally called and made a 5:30 reservation. We came an hour early. We thought we were walking into a fancy Italian restaurant. But what we found was a cozy local pizzeria with fantastic pizza, pasta, and desserts. An hour early and the booth was already reserved for us. That was kind of them. I had the Build Your Own small pizza, and my husband had the penne pasta in vodka sauce. And we shared a tartufo sundae. Terrific food, good music, and a great waitress. Check this place out. It’s great!
I just got delivery from there. The pizza was cold and gross. I live two blocks away. It tasted like it had sat out for a long time.The crust was tough and rubbery and the cheese was lumpy and congealed. Disgusting. House salad had wilted lettuce.
Excellent pizza and friendly service. Be sure to order the fresh mozzerella — a bit more expensive but totally worth it.
My first ever New York pie. If there is better pie out there I want to know where it is because the slice of Mini Meatball I had at Saluggi’s was FANTASTIC!
