Service sucks people are sooooooo rude, they don’t give you chance to order or see what they havePizza is not all that actually is not good at all, I would not recommend it to anyone and definitely NOT going back
Quintessential NY pizza, ‘nuf said.
Ok, let me disclose that I grew up in Chicago and am a diehard Chicago Pizza fan. The classic thin crust in Chicago is awesome and the Deep Dish is world renowned. Ive had tons of New York City slices and they were all mediocre, despite referrals from New Yorkers. And then I went to Ben’s. I was ready to throw in the towel on the famed NYC Pizza, but Ben’s is EXCELLENT!!!! Great sauce, perfect cheese and a thin and crispy crust. Their Peperoni slices are among the best Ive ever had (but Im still partial to Chicago…lol)!!
Great pizza, great value. If you’re in New York check this place out. We had two slices of cheese pizza and a drink for $5! Great value. The pizza was huge and tasted great and the staff was friendly. I would definitely go back.
Gigantic Square. They make very filling square slices that are just brimming with cheesy decadence. I don’t eat squares often, but would do this one again. All of the other street slices looked good as well.
Lousy customer service. I ordered a couple of slices, then the staff refused to give me a cup of water–they said bottled only, even though it was late and the place was empty. So I walked out, my slices still in the oven. I just moved nearby and would have gone there regularly. Also be aware the sign says Visa/MC/Amex but they have a $10 minimum, and the place is generally dirty / borderline unsanitary looking.
We tried 3 different types of pizza and liked them all. The Grandma Pizza was the best, though!
