I can honestly say that Cones was some of the best, if not the best, ice cream I’ve ever had. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients, and since everything is made by hand, it is extremely creamy, but not over-whipped by a machine. The prices are a little steep, but it’s quality cannot be beat. We tried the sweet potato ice cream with brie cheese, which tasted like sweet potato. It wasn’t overly sweet like a pie. The corn ice cream tasted of the sweet, earthiness of corn and was paired perfectly with the sweet potato. Overall, it’s a cute storefront and is a must visit for all ice cream lovers.

Wonderful place. I enjoyed the corn flavored ice cream, with the sprinkle of cinnamon I believe was used as a topping. And the liquor flavored ice cream was my favorite. A bit more pricey than the others but every bit of worth it. The young lady behind the counter was friendly, as well as the gentleman. The ice cream recipe is a family one and you can definitely tell. My new favorite dessert spot.
Some of the best ice cream out there. I always try to stop here when in New York. They have some of the tastiest, most delicious ice cream on the planet. Every time the flavors just pop. I have tried Hazelnut, Dulce de Leche and several others. You can’t go wrong with any of the flavors. I think I tried Cantaloupe or Watermelon once and it tasted just like real fruit, no artificial flavors here. A little pricey: I think the cheapest cup is $5.50. The style is similar to Gelato, as is the layout inside the place, but it’s definitely ice cream. This will be a highlight of your day.
Great corn ice cream. I had the corn ice cream and really loved it. The guy behind the counter is pretty eccentric, and the fact that you are only allowed to sample two flavors before choosing is disheartening. Be prepared to either know what you want going in or be able to decide quickly
Yummmmm!!! The watermelon sorbet is amazing.
