Light and Tasty. Had been looking for a good Vietnamese cabbage and chicken salad for a while and was pleasantly surprised. Just enough vinegar, but blended well with good flavor, crispy texture, and tender chicken.Had the Dumpling and Roast Pork Soup for the main course and was great. Good flavor to the broth.. enhanced with a bit of hot sauce as well. But just the right thing for a cold and rainy night. Definitely would return…
Healthy and delicious Vietnamese food. *Healthy* food, unlike many Asian restaurants. Yet, delicious. What I mean is that the food is not spicy, not oily, not overcooked, and often vegetables (and herbs) would be raw when that fits the taste of a dish. They said they put some herbs or ginger there for some health reasons too… whatever, I listened and ate ;)My favorites were Roast Lacquered Duck and Ginger Tea, but I don’t work in TriBeCa anymore.
